Asha Property Advisory began with my own experience of buying my first home. Like many buyers, I faced endless searches, conflicting advice and the pressure of making one of life’s biggest financial decisions. I soon realised that finding a property was only the beginning — understanding whether it was the right property, in the right location, at the right price and for the right reasons required looking much deeper.
Over 10+ years in real estate, I’ve learned to look beyond presentation and market noise. The details matter from location fundamentals and comparable sales to supply and demand, rental appeal and potential property-specific risks.
That thinking shapes how I work at Asha today. I do my homework, ask questions and look beyond the surface. Sometimes, the right decision is knowing when to walk away, and I would rather help you say no to the wrong property than rush you into buying one.
